Products described as boxes, packs, decks, tins or sealed collections are supplied sealed unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Do you guarantee specific cards or pulls?
No. Trading-card packs and boxes contain randomised contents. Specific cards, rarities or values cannot be guaranteed.
How are pre-orders handled?
A product marked Pre-order is expected to ship after its stated release or availability date.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Can I return an item?
