Shipping Policy

We deliver within the United States only. All US orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum order value.

Order cutoff and processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific time on a business day begin processing within our handling period. Pacific time means PST or PDT, as applicable. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Handling: 1–2 business days.
Fulfillment and shipping: Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Transit after dispatch: 2–3 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after an order is successfully placed and payment confirmed. Product-specific schedules and pre-order dates are shown before purchase.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent when an order is dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking system.

Delivery issues

Weather, carrier disruption, holidays and incorrect addresses may cause delays. For delayed, damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered parcels, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Photos of damage and packaging help us investigate.
